Note: RTM stands for release to market edition, which is the first supported version of SQL Server 2000, and SP stands for service pack. All SQL Server service packs and hotfixes are cumulative, meaning that each new service pack and hotfixes contains all the fixes that are included with previous service packs, hotfixes and new fixes issues.
